Moments: Photo Organizer is an iPhone app made by AS Caribe. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to that EULA.
Acceptable use
Use Moments in accordance with applicable law and the EULA. Only organize, modify or share photos and videos that you have the right to use. Do not use the app to infringe another person’s rights.
Your library and backups
You are responsible for keeping backups of your photo and video library. Review your selections carefully before confirming a deletion.
Moments deletes photos and videos only after you confirm. Deleted items go to iOS Recently Deleted, where iOS removes them permanently after about 30 days. See Apple’s guidance on deleting and recovering photos.
Privacy
Moments has no account or sign-in, and the developer collects no personal data. Library processing happens on your device. Apple’s geocoding service may receive photo coordinates to look up place names. Read the Privacy Policy for details about photo access, local storage, geocoding and sharing.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Moments is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or always available. This does not affect any rights or warranties that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Moments. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates
The developer may update the app and these terms. When these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
